Mr. Franco serves as Chief Compliance Officer of the Investment Manager. He is involved in all phases of the investment search process. Prior to joining Timucuan in December 2020, Mr. Franco advised corporate clients on various transactional matters as an associate attorney at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and conducted fundamental research as an equity research associate at Wellington Management Company. Mr. Franco received an M.B.A and J.D. from the University of Virginia, and a B.S. in Economics and Italian from Trinity College, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2013 and was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2018
